Free Initial Pre-Mediation Consultation Session

A 30-minute initial pre-mediation consultation is offered to each party of the dispute at no charge.

Video Mediation Sessions

Video mediation sessions are offered for the convenience of those in dispute. A minimum video mediation session is four hours and charged at a per hour hourly rate. Video mediation sessions lasting longer than four hours will be charged at the hourly rate for each hour over the four-hour minimum charge. All hourly mediation charges will be divided equally between the parties. 

In-Person Mediation Sessions

In-Person mediation sessions are offered to those in dispute. A minimum in-person mediation session is four hours and charged at a per hour hourly rate. In-Person mediation sessions lasting longer than four hours will be charged at the hourly rate for each hour over the four-hour minimum charge. All hourly mediation charges will be divided equally between the parties.

Additional Fees for In-Person Mediations

Travel Fees

Travel fees will be charged in addition to the hourly mediation rate for in-person mediation sessions held outside of the Mediator’s office location.

Lodging and Meals

Any mediation that requires overnight lodging shall incur additional charges to compensate the Mediator for costs funded by the Mediator for lodging and meals.

Drafting of Settlement Agreement

Drafting of the Settlement Agreement between the parties will be charged at an additional hourly rate for either video or in-person mediations.
