Pro-Se mediation and Pre-Litigation Mediation services are also offered both electronic video and in person four (4) and eight (8) hour sessions. Areas of mediation offered:
Civil Mediation
Real Estate Purchase and Sale Disputes
As more sellers of real estate are opting to sell their real estate holdings either By Owner or engaging with a limited real estate brokerage, they often find themselves in disputes that may lead to litigation. Mediation can help with such disputes. Mediation offers a setting for sellers, buyers, and realtors involved in the transaction to have voluntary confidential discussions with intent to reach mutual agreement to resolve their issues.
Business and Partnership Dissolution Disputes
It is not uncommon for disputes to arise between corporate Directors and partners when Business and Partnerships dissolve or require change for multiple reasons. Mediation performed by a skilled Mediator as a third-party neutral can help to ease tensions and resolve issues between parties involved in business and partnership dissolution disputes.
Family Mediation
Elder Care and Asset Distribution Disputes
As seniors age, they are often faced with major life changes that frequently engage their children and siblings to be entangled in bitter family disputes. These disputes may involve decisions regarding their elderly loved ones: residency, health, allocation of medications, in-home nursing services, trusts, wills, and sale or distribution of real estate holdings and estate assets. Families often find themselves deadlocked in hopeless disagreements to resolve such critical issues. Mediation can help families understand each other’s views, lead to better communication, and faster solutions. A skilled family mediator can help families overcome such disagreements and establish mutual agreement between them as to the best solutions to care for their aging parents or siblings.
Family Elder Mediation offers a setting for family members of aging parents or siblings to have voluntary confidential discussions to reach a mutual agreement of their differences. The mediator acts as a third-party neutral who encourages the parties to engage in open discussion of issues in an effort to mutually resolve issues that are hindering the care and needs of their aging loved ones. Mediation is private, quicker, less expensive, and determined by mutual agreement of the disputants to achieve resolution other than the higher costs of litigation that may lead to decision by a third party such as a Judge or Jury.
Pro-Se Mediation
Pro-Se Mediation is a mediation in which the disputants have decided to represent themselves without legal representation. Disputants selecting this form of mediation are usually confident that their issues may be resolved with just the assistance of a third-party neutral mediator, and no need for legal representation.
Pre-Litigation Mediation
Pre-Suit Mediation is a form of mediation in which the disputants seek to resolve their dispute issues with the assistance of their legal counsel and a third-party impartial mediator prior to initiating a lawsuit with the court. This form of mediation is also sought to reduce time to settlement, and costs of resolution.
